Frequently Asked Questions for blue gingham peter pan collar dress sofie in picnic – mabo FDD Color:Black Raffia or simply a day Black Satin Dress - Smocked

How should I describe a fit problem when requesting a skirt exchange?

Retain written instructions for returning the original garment. Check the replacement specification before agreeing to a different version.

What can I consider if a skirt clings to my underlayers?

Consider whether the texture of your tights or base layer is catching against the inside of the skirt. If cling appears after cleaning, review whether the wash and drying methods followed the garment's instructions.

What should I confirm before ordering a skirt in a custom length?

Ask about any permitted range of length options before choosing an unsupported measurement. Check whether custom length changes the stated preparation time.
